Itinerary
Pickup from airport by motorcycle. Take lunch at traditional dayaknese culinary. Go to to Marang village (around 30 minute), used small boat joint with local people and stay with local people.
By Small boat go to Bapalas Island to see orang utan (rehabilitation of orang utan). Fishing by dayaknese way used trap. Make fish barbeque fish from fish trap for dinner (Try find rattan and “kalakai”/fern as vegetarian food). Stay at home of local people near river.
After breakfast, Trekking try find orangutan in forest. After breakfast. Go for trecking in Marang forest around 2-3 hour. Enjoy simple and nap at hammokh front resort. At evening we will boating at Rungan River if lucky sometime we can see orang utan, monkey, monitor lizard, snake, and can joint with local people to take fish trap. Take simple dinner at camp/local house. At night try find fish by local way used like small “harpoon” local people called “manyuar” and tracking to if posible, Take simple dinner. Play traditional card “bacangkul.
Take breakfast with local people. Back to Palangka raya, go to souvenir shop, seight seing the city (Under Kahayan Bridge), go to airport. End tour.
