This tour explores Flores from mountain to sea, combining natural beauty with insight into how local communities sustainably manage their resources. Highlights include Kelimutu National Park's famous Three-Colored Lakes, an ecolodge stay with a behind-the-scenes look at sustainable lodge management, and interactions with indigenous communities who preserve traditional wisdom in caring for nature and culture. The journey ends at Komodo National Park, home to the Komodo dragon, the world's last living ancient reptile.

Pick up at CGK, Arrive in Jakarta at noon, direct transfer to Ibis Style Airport Hotel for rest. Afternoon pick-up by coach to Muara Angke Mangrove Park, a conservation area in North Jakarta preserving mangrove ecosystems in an urban setting, with guided tours and educational programs on mangrove ecology. Dinner, then back to hotel.
CGK - Ende (09:00 - 14:15, one stop at Labuan Bajo). After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Ende, a small city in central Flores. Drive to Kelimutu Ecolodge (approx. 1.5 hours), visiting the traditional village of the Lio indigenous tribe to see their traditional houses and handwoven fabric. Overnight and dinner at Kelimutu Ecolodge, at the foot of Kelimutu Mount.
Early morning wake-up, drive to Kelimutu, then a 20-minute walk from the parking area to the lake to admire sunrise over the three-colored lakes. After breakfast at the ecolodge, drive to Bajawa (approx. 4.5-5 hours) around 9 AM, with lunch on the road. Check in at New Virgo Hotel in Bajawa. Continue to Bena Traditional Village, home of the Ngadha indigenous tribe, then sunset at Wolobobo Hill. Overnight in Bajawa.
After breakfast, drive to Ruteng (approx. 4 hours), stopping at Aimere to see traditional palm wine processing. Lunch on the road. Continue to Waerebo Lodge at Dinthor (approx. 6 hours total drive), passing Cancar to see the spider-web-shaped rice paddy fields (Lingko). Dinner served at Waerebo Lodge.
After breakfast, drive to the parking area in Denge village, then motorcycle to the trekking point (8 minutes). Trek through the forest to Waerebo Village (approx. 2.5-3 hours, 4.5 km). Arrival blessing by the customary leader. Evening discussion with the head of Waerebo tourism management. Overnight in a Waerebo traditional house, with lunch and dinner served in the village.
After breakfast, trek down to the motorcycle parking area, then transfer by car to Waerebo Lodge for a bath before continuing to Labuan Bajo. Stop in Cecer village to see the traditional Caci dance. Lunch on the road, dinner in Labuan Bajo. Overnight at Purisari Hotel, Labuan Bajo.
Early morning private-chartered speedboat trip to Komodo National Park (06:00-13:00) to visit Rinca Island, observe Komodo dragons, and enjoy the beach. Afternoon flight back to Jakarta (15:35-16:50, Batik Air). Drive to downtown Jakarta. Overnight at Hotel. Farewell dinner
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning free time for strolling downtown and last-minute souvenir shopping. Transfer to airport for flight home.
